How we make money
This page is the long version of the disclosure that appears at the bottom of every page on this site.
Today
Accident Atlas currently earns nothing from this site. There are no paid placements, no referral arrangements, and no advertising. We are building the reference first.
The model, plainly
When the site does earn money, it will work like this: law firms pay Accident Atlas a flat fee to be visible to readers — the way a directory or a billboard charges for placement. Firms pay for placement, never for outcomes, and never contingent on whether a reader hires them.
What never happens here
We never recommend or endorse a specific lawyer. We never evaluate your situation to steer you to a firm — no quiz, form, or checklist on this site decides which firm, if any, you might hear from. And payment from a firm never changes what a guide says.
Your information
If you give us your contact information, the consent language next to the form is the whole agreement — we contact you about your inquiry and related resources, and you can revoke that consent at any time. We do not sell your personal information today. If our practices ever change, we will update the Privacy Policy first and honor the scope of the consent you gave.
