Accident Atlas / TX

Privacy Policy

Effective July 6, 2026. This policy covers accidentatlas.com.

What we collect

When you submit a form, we collect what you type — typically your name, email address, and phone number — together with a consent record: the exact consent language you agreed to, its version, the time, the page, your IP address, and your browser’s user-agent string. Our servers also keep ordinary technical logs. We do not run advertising trackers.

Why we collect it

To send you what you asked for and related informational resources, within the scope of the consent you gave, and to keep the audit records that consent laws require. We keep consent records as long as the law expects us to prove consent existed.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run our infrastructure — hosting, email, and text-message delivery — under contracts limited to providing those services. We do not sell your personal information today. If our practices ever change, we will update this policy first and honor the scope of the consent you gave when you submitted your information.

Your choices

Revoke contact consent at any time: reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write privacy@accidentatlas.com. You may also request a copy of the information we hold about you or ask us to delete it by emailing the same address. We answer within 30 days.

Children

This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We date every revision of this policy and keep prior versions available on request.
